Job Description

As a Deputy Manager HR Business Partner for Night Shift at a fast-growing provider in customer experience and contact-center services, your role will involve: - Acting as the primary HR Business Partner for assigned night-shift operations, driving people strategies aligned with operational KPIs and business outcomes. - Leading employee relations and case management for night-shift teams, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution to ensure fair and timely outcomes. - Partnering with operations and workforce planning to optimize rostering, shift coverage, capacity planning, and attrition-reduction initiatives for 24x7 service delivery. - Delivering performance management cycles by setting objectives, coaching managers on feedback and appraisals, and implementing improvement plans. - Operating and maintaining HRIS-driven processes for onboarding, offboarding, attendance, and data integrity, while producing actionable people analytics for stakeholders. - Leading local compliance with labor laws, shift policies, and safety protocols, and collaborating with L&D, C&B, and operations to implement people programs for retention and engagement. Qualifications Required: - Proven HRBP experience in night-shift or 24x7 operations. - Hands-on experience with HRIS and people-data reporting. - Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance. - Demonstrable employee relations and performance-management experience.
