Job Description

As a Deputy Manager HR Business Partner for the night shift operations, your role involves being the primary HR Business Partner for the assigned night-shift operations. You will drive people strategies aligned with operational KPIs and business outcomes. Your responsibilities include leading employee relations and case management for night-shift teams, managing investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution to ensure fair outcomes. Additionally, you will collaborate with operations and workforce planning to optimize rostering, shift coverage, capacity planning, and attrition-reduction initiatives for 24x7 service delivery. You will also be responsible for delivering performance management cycles, setting objectives, coaching managers on feedback and appraisals, and implementing improvement plans. Operating and maintaining HRIS-driven processes for onboarding, offboarding, attendance, and data integrity will be part of your duties, along with producing actionable people analytics for stakeholders. Furthermore, you will lead local compliance with labour laws, shift policies, and safety protocols, collaborating with Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and operations to implement people programs for retention and engagement. Qualifications Required: - Proven HRBP experience in night-shift or 24x7 operations - Hands-on experience with HRIS and people-data reporting - Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and compliance - Demonstrable employee relations and performance-management experience Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in contact centre, BPO, or high-volume operations - Certification in HR (SHRM/PHR) or advanced training in employment law About The Company: The company is a fast-growing provider in customer experience and contact-center services with a strong technology backbone.
