Job Description

Role Overview: As an HR Ventures & Acquisition Associate Manager at Accenture, you will be a part of the HR V&A team responsible for partnering with deal teams across acquisitions to design and implement HR solutions for the integration of acquired businesses. Your role will involve working closely with acquisitions HR Deal Leads, business sponsors, acquired leadership, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth integration process. Key Responsibilities: - Define and manage due diligence data validation approach and processes - Assess talent trends and risks, present findings, and influence integration strategies - Estimate costs for due diligence phases - Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Corporate Development professionals - Develop preliminary integration recommendations and retention plans for acquired workforce - Plan and execute HR integration activities for each V&A deal - Partner with deal team and stakeholders to create a compelling employee journey - Deliver integration solutions across key HR processes and critical areas - Manage onboarding process for acquired employees - Share learnings and knowledge from integration journey with stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any field - 10 to 14 years of experience in HR and People Programs - Proficiency in English (Domestic) - Knowledge of HR tools and systems - Strong analytical and presentation skills - Experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits programs - Project management and stakeholder management skills - Risk identification and management experience Company Details: Accenture is a global professional services company known for its expertise in digital, cloud, and security services.
