Job Description

Role Overview: As an HR Ventures & Acquisition Associate Manager at Accenture, you will partner with deal teams to design and implement HR solutions across all core components of HR programs and processes for the integration of acquisitions. You will work closely with acquisitions HR Deal Leads, business sponsors, and acquired leadership to review and agree upon solutions with internal stakeholders. Your role will involve high executive presence and effective stakeholder management throughout the deal lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Define and manage due diligence data validation approach and processes - Assess and highlight talent trends and risks, present findings, and influence decisions and integration strategies - Estimate costs for both pre-contract and post-contract due diligence - Coordinate with key stakeholder groups, particularly Finance and Legal, as well as Corporate Development professionals - Develop preliminary integration recommendations in collaboration with Global and local Total Rewards leads, Global Talent Architecture, local HR Business Partners, and stakeholders - Drive the development of Performance and Retention plans and recommendations for the acquired workforce - Plan and execute HR integration activities for each V&A deal - Develop a compelling employee journey focusing on talent and people processes in collaboration with the deal team and internal stakeholders - Deliver integration solutions across key HR processes and critical areas such as career architecture, total reward and performance, HR technology, and people policies - Project manage the onboarding process for acquired employees, ensuring a successful new joiner experience - Capture learnings from the integration journey and share knowledge across stakeholders for future acquisitions Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any discipline - 10 to 14 years of experience - Proficiency in English (Domestic) About Accenture: Accenture is a global professional services company with expertise in digital, cloud, and security solutions.
