As a dynamic professional at our growing organization with specialized divisions, you will be responsible for managing HR responsibilities for Clinforge Clinical Research Solutions and leading training & placement activities at CPA Institute of Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences. **Role Overview:** You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth HR operations at Clinforge and fostering industry connections for placement activities at CPA Institute. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Clinforge (CRO arm) HR Responsibilities:** - Conduct end-to-end recruitment for positions including medical writers, CRAs, interns, and corporate staff. - Drive employee engagement initiatives and oversee performance management. - Develop and implement HR policies to maintain a conducive work environment. - **CPA Institute (Academy arm) Placement Responsibilities:** - Establish and nurture strong industry connections with organizations in pharma, biotech, CROs, and hospitals. - Coordinate campus recruitment drives, career fairs, and guest sessions to facilitate placements. - Provide guidance to students on CV building, interview preparation, and career readiness. - Monitor and update placement records while maintaining alumni relations for future opportunities. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience in HR management, recruitment, and policy implementation. - Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain industry relationships. - Excellent communication and mentoring abilities to guide students in career development. - Proficiency in tracking placement metrics and alumni engagement strategies.
