HR Trainee Female

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Trainee (Female) to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR activities, primarily focusing on recruitment (both IT and Non-IT), coordination, and other HR operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in HR functions and gain practical experience in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination with candidates and hiring managers).
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with internal teams for interview schedules and feedback collection.
• Support onboarding activities and documentation of new hires.
• Assist in maintaining HR records, and employee data management.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department as required.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.

Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
Opportunity: Based on performance, candidates may be considered for a full-time role upon successful completion of the trainee period.
