• Coordinate inbound and outbound calls with candidates

  job opportunities, interview schedules, and follow-ups

• Maintain
  clear and professional communication

  with candidates

  at all stages of the 

  recruitment process

• Collaborate

  with internal teams

  (HR Recruitment)

  to resolve queries and scheduling issues
• Ensure
  accurate and timely documentation

  of candidate interactions and updates

• Build and maintain a

  positive rapport with candidates

Qualifications

• MBA
