HR Technology Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist in documenting system configurations, processes, and workflows for HR modules like SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Onboarding and Performance, Compensation, ensuring clarity and completeness.
• Prepare clear and user-friendly guides, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for end users and HR Shared Services (HRSS) teams to facilitate efficient system use.
• Support in gathering and organizing requirements for potential system enhancements, contributing to effective communication of needs to the development team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and completeness of documentation, requiring effective communication skills and attention to detail.
• Provide assistance in the development and delivery of training materials for system users.
• Participate in quality assurance by testing system functionalities and configurations.

  :

  (2 PM - 10 PM IST) and (6 PM - 2 AM IST)

What we are looking for in you

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interest in HR systems and technology.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
• Basic understanding of HR processes is an advantage.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure accuracy and completeness in documentation.
