Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Support end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, and interview coordination.
Assist with onboarding, employee documentation, and internal HR processes.
Help manage and update HR records, trackers, and team databases.
Monitor team performance and ensure timely updates from project members.
Identify follow-ups or delays in assigned tasks and escalate where needed.
Participate in project planning, execution tracking, and startup operations.
Communicate with internal team members to ensure smooth execution of assigned roles.
Contribute to people engagement, internal communications, and HR reporting.
Provide support to leadership on operational and team coordination tasks.
