HR Talent Partner

Responsibilities

• Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
• Design, plan and execute employer branding activities.
• Plan employee referral programs.
• Use HRIS, recruitment marketing tools.
• Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc. ).
• Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience.
• Suggest measures for improving employee retention.
• Leading employment branding initiatives.
• Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies.
• Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
• Plan and implement the company talent acquisition strategy.
• Take ownership of the interview process and the candidate's experience.
  

Requirements

• 3-7 years' experience in recruitment.
• Must have previous SAAS hiring experience.
• Product start-up experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and databases.
• Ability to prioritise, multitask and meet deadlines and targets.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally.
• Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates.
• Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
• A positive, can-do attitude.
