You are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven professional to join the team as HR Strategic Initiatives (Global). This role is pivotal in driving key organizational initiatives with a strong focus on HR strategy and transformation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and drive enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Develop and implement HR strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, agility, and workforce capability on a global scale. - Spearhead high-impact HR projects, focusing on business transformation, organizational design, and change management. - Partner with business leaders to design scalable HR frameworks that support business expansion and workforce optimization. - Play a pivotal role in the M&A portfolio expansion, overseeing HR due diligence, integration strategy, and cultural assimilation. - Develop and execute a phased approach to scaling HR capabilities in acquired entities. - Drive workforce planning, skills development, and internal talent mobility to ensure the right talent pipeline for critical roles. - Aid in innovative talent programs, training, re-skilling, and career progression frameworks that align with future business needs. - Lead succession planning efforts, ensuring a strong leadership pipeline across key functions. - Champion the adoption of HR automation and digital tools to enhance efficiency and employee experience. - Leverage technology to solve organizational challenges, drive analytics-based decision-making, and improve HR service delivery. - Oversee the deployment of HR transformation tools, such as Voice of Employee (VoE) and AI-driven HR analytics. - Design and implement scalable C&B frameworks, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with global best practices. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** **Education & Experience:** - MBA from a top-tier business school, preferably with a specialization in HR, Strategy, or Organizational Development. - Extensive experience in HR consulting and strategic HR leadership, with a strong track record of leading HR transformation at scale. - Experience in leading global HR operations, workforce planning, and business-aligned HR initiatives. **Industry & Consulting Exposure:** - Background in top-tier HR consulting firms with a strong understanding of HR transformation will be a mandatory requirement for the role. - Exposure to Consulting, BPO, IT/ITES, or high-growth service industries is highly preferred. **Core Competencies:** - Strategic problem-solving mindset with the ability to drive data-backed decision-making. - Technology-savvy HR leader, capable of leveraging HR tech, AI, and automation for business impact. - Proven expertise in managing complex projects, stakeholder relationships, and cross-functional teams. - Strong leadership style, influencing skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.,
