Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities – Statutory (Corporate Office)
  • Ensure timely

    compliance with all statutory obligations

    (Factories Act, Labour Laws, GST, Income Tax, PF, ESI, PT, etc.).
  • Monitor and update all

    licenses, registrations, and renewals

    for the company.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants/auditors for statutory filings.
  • Maintain

    accurate statutory records and registers

    as per government norms.
  • Handle statutory

    inspections, audits, and notices

    from government authorities.
  • Ensure

    monthly/quarterly/annual statutory returns

    are filed without delay.
  • Keep management updated on

    statutory changes and amendments

    affecting the organization.
  • Support HR, Accounts, and Operations teams in ensuring

    end-to-end compliance

    across locations.
