HR Shared Services Associate

Role Overview: As an HR Shared Services Associate at UPS, your main responsibility will be to provide HR support to the geographies within your assigned scope. This role involves delivering HR services that require physical proximity to business operations, covering one or multiple UPS locations. Your high-level responsibilities will vary depending on the country and level of BPO support received. Some of your key tasks may include managing employee concerns and complaints, handling inquiries, implementing local services and programs to reduce employee turnover, participating in talent acquisition, managing select onboarding/offboarding activities, and facilitating on-site learning.
