Job Description

As a HR Operations Specialist at CDK, you will be responsible for providing subject matter and process expertise within a team of HR Operations specialists. Your primary duty will be to deliver HR operational services to employees and the business. Working under limited supervision, you will leverage your full HR Services/Operations knowledge to implement new services, enhance existing processes, and manage more complex transactions efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include performing transactions and managing associated tasks for employee life cycle management in Workday, as well as handling job-related data service requests for HR. You will serve as the primary daily contact for service delivery, developing, implementing, documenting, and monitoring the scope of work to ensure high-quality service delivery. Additionally, you will exercise judgment in issue resolution, receive general instructions on new assignments, and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all HR services processes. Moreover, you will collaborate with the HR Ops team and various HR organizations for the development and execution of HR programs and process improvements. You will utilize your HR Ops knowledge to coordinate more complex processes related to HR support delivery and participate in new system implementations impacting HR Operations. Data gathering, reporting, and metrics analysis will also be a part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should possess a full-time bachelor's degree in business, Computers, Human Resources, or a related field, along with 2-5 years of experience in HR services or operations. Proficiency in HR management software, preferably Workday, and Microsoft Office is essential. Strong customer service skills, collaboration abilities, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are required. Moreover, you should demonstrate a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information and be able to manage multiple tasks concurrently. Experience in a Call Center environment is considered a plus. The work schedule for this position is Evening Shift/US Shift (6:00 PM to 2:00 AM), Hybrid, and the location is Pune.
