HR Service Center Representative

You will be responsible for handling various HR inquiries and tasks related to HR policies, benefits, and employment verification. This includes adhering to data privacy retention requirements and performing audits to support HR functions. Additionally, you will process HR invoices, provide guidance on self-service features of the HCM system, assist with job code creations, and handle Sharepoint updates for the Human Resources team. You will also collaborate with other team members to resolve employee issues and implement process improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and employment verification - Adhere to data privacy retention requirements - Perform audits to support HR functions - Process HR invoices and provide guidance on the HCM system - Assist with job code creations and Sharepoint updates - Collaborate with team members to resolve employee issues and implement process improvements Qualifications: - Minimum of 1 year HR generalist experience and bachelor's degree - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience with HRIS (UKG preferred) - Ability to work non-traditional hours to collaborate with US-based teams - Strong communication and listening skills - Experience working on a remote team in different time zones - Excellent written communication skills - Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills - Flexibility to handle changing work demands Please note that shift timings will be flexible and rotational depending on business requirements, ranging from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM IST.,
