HR & Sales Executive

As an HR Cum Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing both human resource operations and business development activities. Your role will require strong communication skills, a people-centric attitude, and a results-driven approach to support recruitment and sales growth. Key Responsibilities: - **Human Resources Responsibilities:** - Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. - Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation. - Manage employee engagement activities and handle grievances effectively. - Coordinate with management for performance evaluations and appraisals. - **Sales & Business Development Responsibilities:** - Identify potential leads and new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking. - Follow up with leads and convert them into customers/clients. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business. - Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and client outreach. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or a related field. - 13 years of experience in HR, sales, or customer-facing roles. - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and HR management systems. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
