HR Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for consultants (bench & deployed), handling engagement, payroll, and HR-related queries.
  
• Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with consultants to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  

• Lead and manage timely payment collections from consultants

  , ensuring strict follow-up and resolution of pending dues.
• Maintain detailed records of consultant contracts, deployment, invoices, and payment status.
  
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to track collections and resolve discrepancies.
  
• Prepare and present reports on consultant engagement, collection status, and overall relationship management.
  
• Resolve conflicts between consultants, clients, and internal teams, escalating cases where needed.
  
• Support onboarding, documentation, and HR compliance requirements.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• 2-4 years of experience in

  consultant relationship management / HR in IT Staffing

  , with a proven track record in

  payment collections

  .
• Excellent communication skills in

  English (mandatory) and Hindi

  for consultant coordination.
• Ability to handle payment collection conversations professionally and persuasively.
  
• Knowledge of IT staffing lifecycle, contracts, and compliance will be an added advantage.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and HR/CRM tools.
