Recruitment Sourcer

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
Use various sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) to identify potential candidates.
Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and build relationships to maintain a talent pool.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit.
Maintain and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reports on pipeline activity and sourcing effectiveness.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment.
