Role Overview: As an Executive Talent Acquisition at Square Yards, you will collaborate with department managers to identify current and future hiring needs. Your role will involve attracting candidates through various sources and ensuring the company hires and retains the best employees while developing a strong talent pipeline. Key Responsibilities: - Create job descriptions based on stakeholder requirements - Source and screen profiles according to job specifications - Handle end-to-end recruitment for mid-level and senior-level leadership positions - Establish good relationships with placement officers for campus hiring and job fairs - Generate and maintain various trackers and reports to highlight daily productivity - Develop a pool of qualified candidates - Assist new joiners with HR operations and facilitate the process for biometric and employee codes Qualification Required: - Any graduate or post-graduate degree - Ability to derive output effectively - Proficient in stakeholder management - Demonstrated stability in previous work experiences Company Additional Details (if present): Square Yards is India's largest integrated platform for Real Estate & Mortgages, as well as one of the fastest-growing Proptech platforms in various countries.
