You are a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive who will work closely with department managers to identify current and future hiring needs. Your role involves attracting potential candidates through various channels such as social media networks and employee referrals. Your primary goal is to ensure that our company attracts, hires, and retains top talent while building a robust talent pipeline. Your responsibilities will include creating job descriptions based on stakeholder requirements, sourcing and screening profiles according to job specifications, and managing end-to-end recruitment for mid-level and senior leadership positions. You are expected to have a good relationship with placement officers for campus hiring and job fairs, as well as to generate and maintain reports to track daily productivity. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing a pool of qualified candidates and assisting new hires with HR operations, biometric codes, and employee codes. To excel in this role, you should hold a graduate or post-graduate degree, possess strong output deriving capabilities, excel in stakeholder management, and demonstrate stability in your previous job experiences. This position is specifically open to candidates based in Mumbai.
