Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process. Experience in sourcing for oil & gas, manufacturing, energy sector. Coordinate bulk hiring campaigns to meet project requirements. Conduct talent acquisition activities such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Ensure timely filling of open positions through effective communication with stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of candidate applications and selection outcomes. Manage onboarding of candidates, document collection etc.
