Job Description

Role & responsibilities Assisting with job postings on various platforms. Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Scheduling interviews and coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers. Conducting initial phone screens or interviews. Assisting in crafting job descriptions and offer letters. Maintaining candidate databases and applicant tracking systems. Helping to organize and manage recruitment events. Preferred candidate profile Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and accuracy. Basic understanding of HR principles and practices. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus. Familiarity with social media and online recruitment platforms.
