Role & responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing

  • Reviewing Job requirements with the HODs 
  •  sourcing candidates
  • Screening resumes and conducting interviews with concerned HODs 
  • Organizing Proper orientation for new joinees including factory / site visits if required
  • Monitoring the performance of the candidates through HODs and recommending Admin for regularsing their services after completion of the probation. . 

Preferred candidate profile

Training & Development

  • Identifying gaps in skills and communication  and organizing training accordingly
  • Organizing workshops, seminars, and development programs

HR Policies & Compliance

  • Developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures
  • Organizational Development

  • Enhancing company culture and employee engagement
  • Advising leadership on workforce planning and strategy
