Role & responsibilities Recruitment & Staffing Reviewing Job requirements with the HODs sourcing candidates Screening resumes and conducting interviews with concerned HODs Organizing Proper orientation for new joinees including factory / site visits if required Monitoring the performance of the candidates through HODs and recommending Admin for regularsing their services after completion of the probation. . Preferred candidate profile Training & Development Identifying gaps in skills and communication and organizing training accordingly Organizing workshops, seminars, and development programs HR Policies & Compliance Developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures Organizational Development Enhancing company culture and employee engagement Advising leadership on workforce planning and strategy
