Urgent Hiring: HR Recruiter (E-commerce Industry)
Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

Zodiac Express Pvt. Ltd., a leading last-mile logistics partner for Amazon in East India, is looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Delivery Executives, Field Staff, and In-house roles (Operations, Admin, Supervisors, etc.).
Conduct hiring drives for Last Mile E-commerce Operation.
Manage recruitment across West Bengal, including North & South Bengal regions.
Coordinate with zonal managers and branch In-charges for manpower planning.
Maintain hiring dashboards, daily trackers, and ensure seamless onboarding.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in E-commerce / Logistics recruitment, Bulk Hiring Industry
Ability to handle regional hiring.
Excellent communication, sourcing, and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel within West Bengal for hiring campaigns.
Microsoft office, Specially Advanced Excel
What We Offer:
Salary: 15,000-20,000
Benefits: PF +ESI + Insurance Coverage: 6 Lakhs (Health + Accidental)
