Role Overview

As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and assisting with onboarding. You’ll be a key contributor in identifying and bringing in high-potential talent that aligns with our organization’s goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job roles
• Draft and publish job postings on portals, social media, and internal platforms
• Source candidates via online job boards, LinkedIn, and employee referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with internal teams and follow up with candidates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment trackers and databases
• Assist with onboarding and orientation processes

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: MBA or BBA (preferably with HR specialization)
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of recruitment experience
• Solid understanding of basic HR and recruitment processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving ability
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word for recruitment data handling
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to learn

Work Schedule

• Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Job Type: Full-time, Fresher
