HR Recruiter (White Collar)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented HR Recruiter experienced in white-collar hiring for various industries. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a staffing company or consultancy, with strong sourcing, screening, and client coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for white-collar roles across domains such as HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Administration, and IT.
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), internal databases, references, and social media.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability as per client requirements.
• Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and ensure timely delivery of shortlisted candidates.
• Maintain candidate and client databases, ensuring proper follow-up and closure of open positions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term engagement.
• Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets as per company standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR preferred).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment in a staffing firm or consultancy.
• Strong understanding of white-collar hiring processes and client interaction.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and job portals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
