Position Title: TL HR Recruiter- Blue Collar Location: [Malumichampatti, Coimbatore ] Employment Type: Full-Time Experience :-3-5yrs Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented TL HR Recruiter (Blue Collar) to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Blue collar hiring, proficiency in MS Excel for data management and analysis, and proven experience in warehouse employee sourcing. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing & Recruitment of warehouse Associates(Picking, Packing, Loading & Unloading) : Source, screen, and interview candidates, through Job mela’s, On field sourcing ,job portals, social media, and employee referrals. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements. Keep creating Candidate pool and also ensuring alignment with organizational needs. Manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics using MS Excel or applicant tracking systems. Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews and onboarding with client teams.
