Job Description

As an HR Recruiter at Waffle Castle in Navsari, your role will involve handling end-to-end hiring for multiple outlets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting daily outbound calls to candidates and explaining job details. - Regularly following up with candidates until they join. - Maintaining calling data and updating Google Sheets daily. - Preparing and submitting daily calling & hiring reports. - Coordinating with outlet owners for hiring updates. - Ensuring closure of all open hiring positions within deadlines. - Supporting hiring for new outlet openings (up to 45 outlets at a time). - Preparing offer letters and sending them to respective outlet owners. - Performing multitasking efficiently to manage workload effectively. To excel in this role, you should have: - Previous experience in HR recruiting or telecalling preferred. - Strong communication and follow-up skills. - Ability to multitask and manage hiring for multiple locations. - Knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel is required. - Fast learner, disciplined, and target-oriented. - Advanced recruitment skills will be appreciated. Please note that this is a full-time position requiring in-person work at the specified location.,
