Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated HR Recruiter to join our growing team. If you have a passion for recruitment, strong English communication skills (both verbal and written), and the ability to connect with top talent across multiple channels — we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals
• Conduct phone and video interviews in professional and fluent English
• Draft and send professional emails and offer letters
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or related HR roles
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Strong grammar, vocabulary, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with MS Office and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed)
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Age: 22 to 40 years
