Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and shortlisting candidates for international roles through job portals, social media, and databases.
Learn and support the end-to-end recruitment process under senior recruiters' guidance.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers across different countries.
Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Understand international job market trends and basic labor laws (training provided).
Build candidate pipelines and relationships for future hiring needs.
Support documentation and onboarding of selected international candidates.
