Position – HR Recruiter (Facility and Security)

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate HR Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing HR team. As an HR Recruiter, responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, this position requires frequent travel to various sites, including temporary camping at different locations, to directly interact with potential candidates and oversee the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing, attracting and ensuring a smooth hiring experience.

· Conduct on-site recruitment campaigns and interviews at facility and security locations.

· Source candidates for various roles including security personnel, facility maintenance staff, and management positions.

· Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future recruitment requirements.

· Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing details about job responsibilities, company culture, and employee benefits.

· Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including facilitating necessary documentation, medical checks, and orientation at field locations.

· Maintain accurate records of candidates, interviews, and recruitment outcomes.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

· Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office

Qualification

· Educational level – Bachelor’s or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Local language and knowledge of English is essential.

· Good Communication Skill

Experience

· 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

· Experience recruiting for a variety of roles.

· Salary - 18k – 20k

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
