You are a passionate HR Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience, and you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes. This role will require frequent travel to various sites, including temporary camping at different locations, to directly interact with potential candidates and oversee the recruitment process. - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing, attracting, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience. - Conduct on-site recruitment campaigns and interviews at facility and security locations. - Source candidates for various roles including security personnel, facility maintenance staff, and management positions. - Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future recruitment requirements. - Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing details about job responsibilities, company culture, and employee benefits. - Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including facilitating necessary documentation, medical checks, and orientation at field locations. - Maintain accurate records of candidates, interviews, and recruitment outcomes. Qualifications: - Educational level - Bachelors or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Local language and knowledge of English is essential. - Good Communication Skill Skills Required: - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. - Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office. Experience: - 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. - Experience recruiting for a variety of roles.
