Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and update job descriptions to accurately reflect the role's responsibilities and requirements.
  • Candidate Sourcing:

    Source potential candidates from various online platforms, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Recruiting Emails:

    Craft engaging recruiting emails to attract passive candidates and encourage them to apply.
  • Resume Screening:

    Screen incoming resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Interviews:

    Conduct interviews via phone, video, and in-person to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Job Advertisement:

    Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media platforms, job boards, and internally within the organization.
  • Candidate Shortlisting:

    Provide hiring managers with a shortlist of qualified candidates for further consideration.
  • Job Offer and Queries:

    Send job offer emails and address candidate queries regarding compensation and benefits.
  • HR Metrics Tracking:

    Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire to assess the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
  • Job Fairs and Recruitment Events:

    Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events to promote the company and attract talent.
  • Future Hiring Needs:

    Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs and plan recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Onboarding Support:

    Act as a consultant to new hires and assist in their onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with recruiting platforms, job boards, and social media tools
  • Excellent interviewing and screening skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet hiring goals
  • Knowledge of HR metrics and how to track recruitment performance
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
