HR Recruiter

Job Title: HR Recruiter Location: Kozhikode/Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 25 years Industry: IT / Services / Consulting Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in sourcing candidates using job portals like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn, screening applications, and coordinating interviews. You will also be responsible for understanding hiring needs from clients and ensuring the right talent is brought on board efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities: Own and manage the full recruitment life cycle for various roles. Collaborate with hiring managers/clients to understand role requirements Draft and publish compelling job descriptions tailored to each position. Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.). Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on requirements. Conduct initial telephonic or video screening to evaluate candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal and client teams. Maintain applicant tracking and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates for future requirements. Requirements: 25 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT or services domain. Strong hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed. Proven ability to create job descriptions and filter applicants effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple open roles simultaneously. Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience working in a fast-paced consulting or staffing firm. Prior experience coordinating with clients or external hiring managers.
