As an HR Recruiter at our R&D company, your role will involve handling various aspects of recruitment to ensure the right candidates are hired for our teams. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding the hiring needs of R&D teams. - Preparing and posting job openings on job portals and social media. - Searching, screening, and shortlisting suitable candidates. - Calling candidates, explaining job roles, and scheduling interviews. - Coordinating with department heads for interview rounds. - Assisting in onboarding new employees and completing necessary documents. - Maintaining candidate databases and daily recruitment reports. - Supporting the HR team in basic administrative and HR activities. The skills required for this role include: - Good communication skills. - Comfort with calling candidates and explaining job details. - Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email). - Ability to understand technical job roles. - Organized, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
