Role Overview: As a Recruiter at our company, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for both IT and non-IT positions, both domestically and internationally. You will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles. Your communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this role.
