HR Recruiter

Greetings,

NMB Sales & techniology is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in international BPO hiring.

The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of recruitment experience, specializing in bulk hiring, talent sourcing, and onboarding for BPO roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for international BPO processes (US, UK, Australia, etc.).
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), referrals, and social media.
• Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews for candidates.
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and maintain recruitment databases.
• Meet hiring targets within defined TAT

Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ months of recruitment experience (BPO hiring preferred).
• Familiarity with international BPO hiring (voice & non-voice processes).
• Strong knowledge of ATS, job portals, and Boolean search techniques.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in US/UK/Australia/International BPO hiring.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
