Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter – Non-IT to manage end-to-end recruitment for various non-technical roles across departments. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in roles such as sales, operations, finance, administration, and more. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of business needs, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle for non-IT roles from understanding job requirements to onboarding. Source and attract candidates using job portals (Naukri, Shine, etc.), social media, employee referrals, and other innovative channels. Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders. Coordinate and follow up with candidates and hiring managers at all stages of the recruitment process. Maintain and update recruitment reports and trackers regularly. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future requirements. Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and other talent acquisition activities.
