Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Merchant Onboarding Location: Coimbatore, Tirupur, Vellore, Tiruvallur Salary: ₹25,000 per month + Incentives up to ₹15,000 Job Description: Flipkart is seeking enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executives to join our Merchant Onboarding team. As a BDE, you will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding new merchants to the Flipkart platform across assigned territories. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential merchants for onboarding to the Flipkart platform Educate merchants on Flipkart’s benefits, platform usage, and processes Complete documentation and onboarding formalities accurately and efficiently Maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure long-term engagement Meet and exceed monthly onboarding targets Provide regular updates and reports to the regional manager Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 6 months to 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in fintech (Paytm, PhonePe, PayBee, Airtel Payments Bank, etc.) Proven experience in merchant onboarding or retail partnership roles Strong communication and negotiation skills Own vehicle and willingness to travel locally High level of motivation and target orientation What We Offer: Fixed Salary: ₹25,000/month Incentives: Performance-based, up to ₹15,000/month Career growth in a leading e-commerce company On-ground training and mentoring
