Job Title: HR Recruiter

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Recruiter to manage the end-to-end hiring process. This role requires a strong ability to identify, attract, and secure top talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring needs.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle — from job postings and sourcing to interviews, selection, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and referrals.
• Promote the organization’s mission, values, and culture to prospective candidates.
• Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency).
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing positions across various functions.
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, tools, and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,642.27 - ₹55,856.23 per month
