Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with a strong background in hiring for the Food & Dairy industry to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the skills, roles, and operational demands within the dairy and FMCG sectors, and will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our business needs. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for roles across production, quality, supply chain, logistics, sales, marketing, and other support functions within the food & dairy industry. Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs, job descriptions, and candidate profiles. Source candidates using industry-relevant job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking within the dairy/FMCG sector. Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, industry experience, and cultural fit. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical/functional interviews with hiring managers. Maintain a database of qualified candidates from the food and dairy industry for future requirements. Manage recruitment timelines and ensure positions are filled within agreed timelines. Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and labor laws during hiring. Build strong relationships with candidates to enhance employer branding in the food & dairy sector. Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the food, dairy, or FMCG industry. Strong knowledge of roles, skills, and workforce requirements specific to the dairy sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously under tight deadlines. Monitor shipping SLAs and track delayed shipments or RTOs (Return to Origin). Handle return and exchange processes in coordination with customer service and warehouse. Reporting & Analysis: Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on order performance, inventory status, returns, and cancellations. Assist in sales forecasting and replenishment planning. Analyze performance metrics like delivery TAT, fill rate, and cancellation ratio. Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements for speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
