This job is provided by apna.co What we are looking for?We are looking for a dynamic HR- Recruiter to drive end to end requirements for our business needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

 Coordinating with vendors & consultants. Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements. Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc. Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions. Assisting with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with leaders and otherstakeholders. Assisting with job posting and advertisement processes-weekly. Actively on all social media pages &groups Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions. Completing paperwork and documentation for new hires. Managing internship programs Identifying & overseeing placement programs across universities Providing timely recruitment reports to head of department-Team hiring tracker, weekly hiring tracker, timetaken to hire, new joinee report, offer sent report, backed out report, job posting reports.
