We are looking for dynamic Picker to drive end to end requirements for our business needs. What You’ll Be Doing  Managing pick ticket orders  Fetching warehouse items from the shelves based on quantity, expiry, and batch number  Ensuring that orders are accurate  Ensuring stages items correctly for delivery  Monitoring product storage and dispatch  Ensuring stock replenishment  Ensuring warehouse goals are met  Loading delivery vehicles  Managing proper picking and packing of warehouse orders as necessary  Performing other general warehouse duties as needed What are the skills that you’ll need to succeed in this role: Technical Skills (KPI will be based on these) Behavioural Skills (KPI will be based on these)  Physical strength and fitness  Knowledge of Safety Procedures  Good at Quality Checks and Control  Accountability  Flexible Thinking  Result Orientation  Teamwork  Commitment to Learning  Attention to Detail  Professionalism (Attendance/Punctuality)  Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills What are the perks in store for you?  Dynamic learning environment  Fun and cooperative team members and cross functions.
