Job Description

Role Overview: As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment and onboarding process, coordinating with stakeholders, maintaining reports and compliance, and handling internal job postings. Key Responsibilities: - Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media. - Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. - Handle pre-joining formalities, document verification, and offer roll-outs. - Conduct induction/orientation sessions for new hires. - Liaise with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job requirements. - Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and hiring status. - Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and trackers. - Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and hiring standards. - Coordinate internal job postings and announcements with hiring managers. Qualifications Required: - Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail. - Proficiency in Excel. - Proficiency in English and Hindi mandatory.
