💼 Job Responsibilities

  • Post job openings on LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
  • Search and shortlist candidates for different job roles.
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls with candidates.
  • Schedule interviews with team leads and follow up for feedback.
  • Maintain candidate lists, interview tracking sheets, and daily reports.
  • Coordinate offer letters, joining dates, and basic onboarding.
  • Communicate with candidates professionally and clearly.
  • Work with the HR team to close urgent positions on time.


✨ What Skills We Expect

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Good communication and conversation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of IT hiring (Android, iOS, Backend, Design, QA, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements together.
  • Comfortable working with Google Sheets and HR tools.
  • Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
