Role Description

HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate technical and managerial interviews with internal teams
• Maintain and update recruitment tracking sheets and reports
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
• Maintain database of candidates for future job openings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment (internship or freelance experience can be considered)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a remote setup
• Basic knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and hiring metrics

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
• Understanding of technical roles like developers, testers, DevOps, etc.
• Prior experience in IT services or product-based company hiring
