HR Recruiter Intern

An IT Recruiter Intern supports the recruitment team by helping source, screen, and coordinate candidates for technology-related roles (e.g., software developers, IT support, network engineers). Common Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Maintain candidate databases and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) Research tech roles and skills to better match candidate profiles Draft job descriptions and post job ads Learn and support recruitment processes end-to-end Skills & Qualifications: Education : Pursuing a degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field Strong interest in technology and tech hiring Good communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and organized Familiarity with LinkedIn, Excel, and Google Workspace Basic understanding of tech roles (e.g., front-end vs. back-end development) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹24,664.03 per month Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Night shift Work Location: In person
