HR Recruiter Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases
  
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates
  
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
  
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update applicant tracking sheets
  
• Support the HR team in daily recruitment and onboarding activities
  
• Learn and support recruitment for

  US Staffing / IT / Non-IT

  roles (as applicable)
• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a professional candidate experience
  

Requirements

• Any graduate or pursuing final year (2024/2025 batch preferable)
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to learn fast and handle multiple tasks
  
• Basic understanding of recruitment process is a plus
  
• Positive attitude, willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
