Job Summary:

The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract, source, and hire top talent for the organization. This includes understanding staffing needs, developing job postings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The recruiter will also contribute to employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
• Develop and post job descriptions on internal and external job boards and social media platforms.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals, social media).
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interview stages with hiring teams.
• Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
• Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and networking events to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Prepare and extend job offers, and assist with onboarding new hires.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, social recruiting).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
